Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome for NYS inspections and most routine services like oil changes. For larger jobs we recommend booking ahead to guarantee same-day availability.
How long does an oil change take?
Most oil changes are completed in 30–45 minutes. If you're adding a tire rotation or multi-point inspection, plan for about an hour. We'll always give you an accurate time estimate when you drop off.
Do you offer any warranty on repairs?
All parts and labor are covered by our 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. If something isn't right after a repair, bring it back and we'll make it right — no charge.
Can I get a loaner or shuttle?
We offer a complimentary local shuttle service for customers dropping off vehicles for multi-hour repairs. Just let us know when you book and we'll coordinate the details.
Will you call before starting work?
Always. We send a written estimate and wait for your approval before touching anything beyond the initial inspection. No surprises, no exceptions.
Do you work on all makes and models?
We service domestic and import vehicles, including hybrids. Our technicians stay current on modern platforms so you don't have to choose between a specialist and a neighborhood shop.
